1941 Kubelwagen, iconic vehicle of WW2.
For sale: Very early 1941 Kubelwagen. 1st Modell. With its early style features like non removable rear apron, early rear Notek light, big star under the sparewheel, small fuel neck, old style dashpod etc.
We sold this car 10 years ago and we recently bought it back. The owner bought it, parked it and did nothing with it.
This is not a restored example, but a true survivor. With some scarfs of surviving almost the whole WW2 and the years after it.
Very rare that it is still in existance and never fully restored.
This one is fitted as a radiowagen, with the small desk, lockable side door and the antenna.
It also comes with its ID plate in the engine compartment. The engine is, like with most kubelwagens, a postwar beetle engine.
Papers: it comes with the certificate from Volkswagen and its German vehicle documents.
As it sad for 10 years, it has to be brought back to life, also needs some brake work. But nothing serious, just a few days of wrenching and of you go.
